General Duties:

General Duties:
- Individual Client Record (ICR) and Personnel Files
- Compiles information to set up new client files & personnel files and maintains them, by keeping the forms filed correctly and in a timely manner. Documents services on service sheet upon setting up new client files.
- Prepares client files for case review and sign off by consulting psychologist monthly.
- Prepares orientation/intake packets for employment staff.
- Completes monthly Quality Assurance file checks and prepares quarterly report that is submitted to BGI Office Manager.

Qualifications:
Reliable transportation. Openings in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana
counties. At least two years education in human services. Adaptability,
initiative, creativity, ability to plan and organize work and ability
to work with adults who have barriers to employment. Willingness to work
a flexible work schedule.
